I had redemption come out and install a new system, my electric bill has dropped 20%, they also did a excellent job on cleaning my ducts, and they enlarged one duct going into my back room making it a lot cooler, and the come 2 times a years and maintenance my system, I highly recommend them

STOP SCROLLING. If my AC could talk, it would probably be sending Redemption Heat and Air Inc. love letters right now. These guys showed up this morning and worked on my vents and AC for a few hours, and somehow left my house cleaner than they found it. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft they practice, but I’ve had family members visit my house and leave a bigger mess than an HVAC crew. Professional? Absolutely. Respectful? 100%. Knowledgeable? To a level that made me realize I’ve spent years pretending I understood how my AC works by just changing the thermostat and hoping for the best. By the time they were done, my air was flowing so smooth I thought my house upgraded itself. I stood over a vent afterward like a middle-aged man at Home Depot admiring a new grill thinking, "oh yeah... that's nice." My AC got more attention this morning than I have all week.
